The bar graph shows the survey on how MMU students go to campus in December 2004. From the graph, the axis-y shows the number of students and axis- x represents the transportation of students. The highest rate on how students go to campus is on foot which is 350 students while the lowest is by bicycle with 150 students only. The different between the highest and the lowest is 200 students. The main reason why most of the students go to campus on foot is because they are staying in campus hostel or stayed at the houses or apartments near to campus. The second reason students walk to campus is to save their expenses every month. If they go to campus by car or motorcycle, they have to spend money on petrol and the prices of petrol are increasing.

There are two possible factors that can contribute to the trend that is most of the students travel on foot since they are staying at the hostel that prepared by the university as this will make them easier to arrive to campus on time. Besides that, if the student’s stays near the campus they could save a lot of money though travel by foot.

The reasons why they choose this trend is because this is the easier way to travel. By walking they are more free to go everywhere and they will not facing the problem such as stuck in jam or having difficulties to find parking. It is also the best way to travel for a student who don’t afford to buy a vehicles. The other reasons is about the cost. Walking is more save money than the other transportation. If we driving a car or riding a motorcycle, we have to spend a money for a fuel or maybe other expenses almost everyday. Therefore, students prefer to walk to go to campus instead of driving a car or riding a motorcycle and bicycle.

Do try to limit your word count to 150 words maximum. I've counted your essay and there are 163 words. Do make sure you do not count the number of words wrongly. Any words that surpasses the maximum of 150 will not be taken into account when i mark your paper.

Do look at some of the essay written by your friends. Learn the sentence structures that they have used. YOu can also learn the sentence structures that i have given to you in class during lecture last week.
